To Reserve Your Appointment
Click on the Reserve Your Appointment button below or visit Vagaro.com/hitexturehairsalon. Click the Services tab and select your desired appointment date/time. Click Request by the desired service(s) and then select your preferred stylist and time. You will be asked to log in to provide basic contact information. An email and/or text confirmation will be sent you once your request has been accepted.
How to Prepare for your Appointment
Please take down all braids, twists, etc. prior to your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a $35 take down fee for removal of twists, braids and $50 for removal of weave and weave glue. If you are scheduling for a curly cut or any chemical processing, our specialist need to see your hair in its natural state. Please do not shampoo your hair the day of your appointment, and if you can avoid shampooing for a few days prior to your appointment, even better! Do what you normally do for 2nd day hair. Style your hair as usual and do not pull your hair back into a ponytails or braids.
On The Day of Your Appointment
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment with your hair completely unraveled and in its natural state. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. As a courtesy to all clients, our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all salon services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.
Cancelling Appointments
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide a 24 hour notice to avoid a $25 No-Show Fee. For your convenience, you can respond directly to your confirmation email or text. This allows us time to replace the scheduled time with another client. Failure to provide a 24 hour notice will result in a No-show fee that must be paid prior to rebooking your next appointment.
Children and Guests
Our salon space is limited. Children and Guests are not allowed in the salon unless being serviced.
